As soon as you enter the hotel grounds you feel like you have just stepped into an oasis of tropical plants and trees. You access the front of the hotel by crossing a wooden bridge over a pond surrounded by rocks and immediately you are struck by the perfume of the many and beautiful plants and flowers. The comfortable lounge seating is covered appropriately with wild animal prints which gives you that real African vibe. The hotel's swimming pool has always been a centre of activity where you can lay leisurely in a corner or participate in the many activities in and around the pool organised by the staff or sit under the Mirador roof with a cup of tea and watch passers by. For the sports enthusiasts there is squash courts, tennis courts, beach volleyball or table tennis among other things. And to round off the night you will return to your comfortable, cool air-conditioned room, studio or apartment, traditionally decorated with an African theme and have sweet dreams until you wake up to another day in paradise.
